104資訊科技今公布「透視畢業生DNA報告」,首度分析22萬名求職者的人格測驗
結果,對照資料庫中高薪族群的人格特質,包括思辨力、企圖心、抗壓性等,依
畢業學校進行積分排序,發現交通大學畢業生擁有高薪特質的積分最多,其次是
台灣大學、中山大學。高雄餐旅大學則擠進前10名。
104資訊科技先前分析旗下47.6萬名會員,挑選出薪資在前5%的高薪者, 分析其
人格特後發現,這群高薪族有17項人格特質較一般族來的顯著,包括領導性、冒
險性、企圖心、適應性、抗壓性、求變性、創造性、取悅性、情緒調適、影響性
、社交性、樂觀性、思辨性、負責任、表現性、堅毅性、活力。
104資訊科技再進一步分析22萬名大學學歷以上求職會員的人格特質測驗與畢業
學校(每間學校樣本數超過1000人)相關性,並以積分排名, 發現較具有高薪
特質者都是國立大學,前十名分別是交通大學、台灣大學、中山大學、成功大學
、中央大學、清華大學、政治大學、台灣科技大學、台北科技大學、高雄餐旅大學。
104資訊科技分析,全部17項中雖然台大有5項奪得第一,但交大在10項高薪特質中
